Vibe Life IV Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The Vibe Life IV Referral Program (“Program”) is designed to reward wedding planners (“Referrers”) who recommend Vibe Life IV services to their clients. By participating in this Program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

  • Open to wedding planners or event coordinators aged 18 or older.

  • Participants must have a valid business name and contact information.

  • Referrals must result in completed bookings to qualify for rewards.

How the Program Works

  1. Sign Up: Referrers must register for the Program via the official sign-up form at www.vibelifeiv.com/referral-program.

  2. Referrals: Referrers will direct clients to Vibe Life IV’s services. Clients must mention the Referrer’s name at the time of booking.

  3. Rewards:

    • Referrers will earn a reward for each eligible referral that results in a completed service.

    • Rewards may be in the form of agreed upon amount as specified in the Program details

Reward Details

  • Rewards are issued once the referred client’s booking is completed and paid in full.

  • Payment of rewards will be processed within 30 days of the completed service.

  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other benefits unless stated otherwise.

Limitations

  • Self-referrals are not eligible.

  • Referrals must be new clients who have not previously booked with Vibe Life IV.

  • Fraudulent or dishonest referrals will result in disqualification from the Program.

  • Excludes the Bridal Bliss Package

Modification and Termination

  • Vibe Life IV reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

  • Changes to the Program will be communicated via the official website or email.

Liability

  • Vibe Life IV is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures related to the submission of referrals.

  • The Referrer assumes full responsibility for compliance with local laws regarding referral earnings and taxation.
